- Draft annual goals and short-term objectives for IEP meetings, regularly evaluate student progress, and adjust goals as necessary.
- Use critical thinking skills to effectively assess, develop and deliver training and information to establish and maintain strong relationships and regularly communicate progress towards goals.
What You Bring to the Team - Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- Valid NYS Certification in Special Education is required (SWD 1-6, 7-12 or All Grades)
- Experience preparing and delivering meaningful instruction based on students’ assessed needs, IEP goals, and motivational levels.
