Job Description

The Orange-Ulster BOCES' Division of Instructional Support Services is seeking a part-time Math Instructional Specialist to join our dynamic and innovative staff development team to design and deliver professional learning experiences focused on school leadership issues and challenges, engage in leadership coaching, and develop and implement curriculum, management, and assessment projects for leaders and teachers in our region.

• Must hold NYS 7-12 Math certificate
• Has at least 3-5 years of teaching and/or school counseling experience 
• Is proficient in technology with the ability to seamlessly utilize Google Suite products, Microsoft Word, Excel, and online course platforms
• Has experience developing and delivering engaging and interactive professional learning experiences in the following settings: in-person, online live synchronous webinars, and online asynchronous self-paced courses
• Is knowledgeable about NYS standards, evaluation, accountability, curriculum, and assessment systems
• Has excellent verbal and written skills
