Job Description

The instructor will be responsible for preparing students with the knowledge, skills  and competencies to provide high-quality patient care.  The primary duties of a CNA Instructor include: 

• Conducting classroom lectures, hands-on training sessions, and clinical practice to provide students with a well-rounded education.
• Evaluating student performance through assessments, exams, and practical demonstrations.
• Providing feedback and guidance to help students improve their skills and knowledge 
• Maintaining accurate records of student progress and reporting to relevant authorities required.

Qualifications:

• RN License (Required)
• Long term nurse care experience - 2 years (Required)

Job Qualifications

Must be currently licensed as an RN in NYS and have 2 years of RN experience in long term care.
